【主 讲人简介】张宏霖：美国伊利诺州立大学（ISU）经济学终身教授，美国科罗拉多大学经济学博士，哈佛大学博士后。哈佛大学哈佛国际发展研究所研究顾问。中 国留美经济学会(Chinese Economists Society)两届副会长(2000-01及2002-03)。他的研究方向为：跨国公司及外国直接投资(FDI)、经济增长与发展战略、自贸区-产业 集群与区域经济发展等。他在国际知名学术刊物及学术专著上发表论文100多篇, 包括以下刊物:《发展经济学期刊》、《经济发展与文化变迁》、《发展研究期刊》、《城市研究》、《当代经济政策》、《中国经济评论》、《国际商务期刊》、 《发展经济学评论》、《国际经济学》，英文学术专著5本：《大中国金融市场与外资》、《中国正崛起为世界工厂》、《WTO与全球市场竞争力》、《中国城市 转型》、《城市化与社会福利》。他是美国英文学术期刊《The Chinese Economy》(中国经济)的副主编及其它多类英文学术期刊编委。

Kevin H. Zhang is professor of economics at Illinois State University (ISU). He received his Ph.D. from University of Colorado-Boulder and completed his post-doctoral research at Harvard University. Before joining ISU, Dr. Zhang served as consultant for the Harvard Institute of International Development. Dr. Zhang served as vice president of Chinese Economists Society (CES) for two terms (2000-01 and 2002-03). Dr. Zhang’s research filed is foreign direct investment (FDI), the Chinese economy, economic growth, and urban/regional economics. In addition to 5 edited books on FDI, international trade, industrial development, the Chinese economy, and regional economics, he has published over 100 articles and book-chapters in leading journals such as Journal of Development Economics, Economic Development and Cultural Change, Journal of Development Studies, Urban Studies, Contemporary Economic Policy, China Economic Review, International Journal of Business, Review of Development Economics, Economics of Transition, International Economics, and Economics Systems. Dr. Zhang is associate editor of The Chinese Economy (published by M.E. Sharpe)and in the editorial board for several journals.
